Cliff Coleman is the Justice of the Peace for Bell County Precinct 2 in Texas. As a local elected magistrate based in Salado, he presides over justice court matters like traffic cases, small civil claims, evictions, and other community legal issues, helping ensure fairness and resolution at the local level.
Cliff Coleman is the Justice of the Peace for Bell County Precinct 2 in Texas. As a local elected magistrate based in Salado, he presides over justice court matters like traffic cases, small civil claims, evictions, and other community legal issues, helping ensure fairness and resolution at the local level. Coleman has served in this role since 2019 and plays an active part in court initiatives, including efforts to address truancy and improve the judicial process for residents of Bell County.



Buddy Schwab is a former law enforcement officer, local businessman, community advocate, real estate proprietor and longtime resident of our precinct.

Richard is an honorably retired Temple Police Officer who retired after 32 years most of which was as a Detective. He was the senior member of the Temple Police Dept upon his retirement. Richard received many awards and commendations throughout his career
Richard is a very qualified Candidate. Unlike his opponents, he has spent a lifetime in Law Enforcement. His years of experience give him an advantage over the other candidates.
