That is Gary Condit. Assemblyman from Central California. I tried to start a local news network there 40 years ago. They ran me out of town on a "rail". Yes, I was a republican even then. I tried to report on the fatal Car crash that Joe Gallo's wife was involved with. It was covered up and I found out why! They put me in jail for failure to pay City Mil tax. No one was ever arrested for that before or since. I will tell that story... someday!
